Feature Announcement Faculty Contributions Recognized by the MUWAA! Three Mississippi University for Women faculty members have been recognized by the MUW Alumni Association for their outstanding work inside and outside the classroom. Recipients of the distinguished New Faculty Award and Faculty Enhancement Grants include Dr. Brett Pickens, assistant professor of nursing; Dr. Travis Hagey, assistant professor of biology; and Dr. Brandy Larmon, department chair and professor of nursing. The New Faculty Award of $1,000 rewards the hard work of a newer faculty member in supporting the academic mission of The W. The Faculty Enhancement Grant of $1,000 enhances educational and professional activities of faculty members. Read More!
